How the Submission Process Works

Submitting your content is straightforward.

Step 1: Complete the official TAIM Cinema Content Licensing Application.

Step 2: Submit the required information and provide secure download links for your film and supporting materials.

Step 3: Our team reviews your submission for legal compliance, technical quality and platform suitability.

Step 4: If your content is approved, we will prepare the Content Licensing & Distribution Agreement.

Step 5: Once the agreement has been signed and all requirements have been met, your content will be prepared for publication on TAIM Cinema and linked to your verified Creator Profile.

Who Can Submit?

Only the lawful copyright owner, or a person authorised by the copyright owner, may submit content for licensing.

Content Requirements

To ensure a high-quality viewing experience, submitted content should meet our platform requirements.

These include:

• Professionally produced content.
• High-quality video and audio.
• Final mastered version ready for streaming.
• Content should be provided in the highest quality version available. Where necessary, TAIM AFRICA may prepare approved content for platform compatibility, including aspect ratio optimisation.
• English audio or professionally prepared English subtitles where the original language is not English.
• Clear copyright ownership.
• No unauthorised or infringing material.
• Digital (soft copy) delivery unless otherwise requested by TAIM AFRICA.

Additional technical requirements may be shared during the review process.

Copyright and Licensing

Submitting a film does not transfer ownership of your work.

The copyright remains with the content owner.

If your content is approved, TAIM AFRICA will enter into a licensing agreement with you before your content is made available on TAIM Cinema.

TAIM AFRICA will prepare your content for digital distribution, create the necessary platform assets, link your title to your Creator Profile, and schedule publication on TAIM Cinema.

Every approved title must be connected to a verified TAIMADs Creator Profile so that earnings can be managed correctly.

TAIM AFRICA respects the intellectual property rights of all creators. Your content will never be published without a signed Content Licensing & Distribution Agreement.

Creator Earnings

Approved content participates in the TAIM Cinema Creator Programme.

Creators may receive weekly earnings based on the performance of their licensed content on the platform.

Performance is measured using verified viewer engagement under the current TAIM Cinema Creator Programme.

Actual earnings depend on content performance and the applicable programme rules.

Our Review Process

Every submission undergoes a structured legal, technical and editorial review before publication is considered.
