a) Self-Provided Information

This includes:

  • Name, date of birth, gender

  • Email, phone, address

  • Payment details (handled via third-party processors)

  • Uploaded content, bios, ratings, reviews

  • Profile verification data (e.g., ID copies for loan applicants or Film Practitioner tier)

b) Automatically Collected Data

We collect metadata and usage info such as:

  • Login times, device types, IP address

  • Clicks, viewed videos, wallet balances

  • Geolocation (if permitted), device tokens

  • TIP (TAIM Integrated Points) and wallet transactions

c) Information from Partners

If you link your account to a third-party (e.g., payment provider, telecom bonus program), we may receive personal data from them based on your consent.

 

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Facilitate your subscriptions or memberships

  • Enable use of digital wallet and TIP system

  • Process payments and purchases

  • Provide customer support

  • Enroll you in programs like Monologue Vault, Voice Game, or Film Practitioner tier

  • Evaluate eligibility for loans or rewards

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Improve and personalize services

6. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your information.
However, we may share it:

  • With trusted Third-Party Providers (e.g., payment processors, SMS services, fraud prevention tools)

  • With partners in joint services (e.g., co-sponsored projects or competitions)

7. Wallet & TIP Privacy

  • Wallet balances and transactions are private but stored securely in our system.

  • When you participate in promotions or fundraisers, other users may see TIP movement totals for transparency.

  • TIP is internal and does not reflect real-money balances unless explicitly exchanged.

8. Retention of Information

We retain your information:

  • As long as your account is active or your wallet holds TIP

  • As long as required to fulfill legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., financial records for taxes)

  • For historical recordkeeping or data integrity, unless deletion is requested and approved

9. Children’s Privacy

  • You must be 16 years or older to use our platform independently.
  • If you are under 18, parental supervision and consent are required.
  • Certain games or competitions may be restricted to adults only.

10. Security Measures

We use technical and administrative measures to secure your data. These include:

  • Encrypted storage of passwords

  • Secure payment gateways

  • Role-based access controls for staff

  • Regular system audits and updates

Still, no system is 100% secure. By using our platform, you understand that you do so at your own risk.
